Job Title: Global Assistant CMI Manager - Skin Cleansing, LUX[Designation may differ based on fitment]

Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job:
LUX is a more than 1 billion euro brand and one of the most geographically widespread Global brands in Personal care – its global footprint spans India, China, Brazil, LATAM, SEA.
This role is a truly global work cope with a focus across markets that provides the opportunity for rapid learning both from a skills and competency perspective. The incumbent will support the Global LUX CMI Lead, looking after the Global LUX portfolio, but should be able to manage some projects independently on his/her own.
Market Performance & Analytics
- Deliver monthly and quarterly market performance reports.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses into brand movements and drivers.
- Consolidate SCL performance data for strategic decisions.
Consumer & Brand Strategy
- Design and execute consumer connection programs.
- Lead/support Masterbrand projects: GOTFL, PC Rooftop trend analysis, and brand reviews.
Insight Workplan
- Develop and execute Insight Workplans for innovation, renovation, communication, and MDM projects, with emphasis on Saudi Arabia.
Operational Excellence
- Manage logistical aspects of CMI processes.
- Build and maintain team capabilities and core competencies.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with key stakeholders on performance reporting, UBS alignment, and related priorities.
Main Accountabilities
- Able to independently analyze market share movements of top cells and combine primary/secondary research to provide actionable insights for the team
- In conjunction with the CMI Manager, carries out market research projects
- Determines optimal research plan and method
- Conducts and coordinates the project with the research agency partners
- Manages projects within agreed budgets
- Able to interpret and communicate key findings/ recommendations
- Has a strong understanding of MR tools and processes but continually develops own research skills, making full use of CMI Portal, People World, CMI Guidelines tools and templates, Training opportunities, Coaching/ mentoring from line manager
- Able to have meaningful conversations with Business Partners on Market research-related queries and provide initial input/ recommendations
- Able to independently coach market research agency partners towards desired output without involving the line manager most of the time
- Manages relevant tools/ dashboards as required (including Powerhouse, Cockpit, People World, etc.)
- Keen to explore using innovative/ digital/ AI new tools
- Good communication skills. Can work with different functions and CMI BU teams

II. Relevant Experience
- At least five years of work experience in market research
- Has strong experience running research projects for innovations independently with a point of view
- Some experience with the Personal Care category is preferred.
