Position Title: Brand Development - Adult Nutrition (HFD) [Designation may vary depending on fitment]

JOB DESCRIPTION
This is an Innovation & Comms Development role in the Adult HFD category. Adult Nutrition is amongst the top focus areas for the overall Nutrition Business, increasingly gaining relevance in the post-COVID world. This is a 600~ Cr GSV business with an ambition to touch INR 1000 Cr in the next few years. We are looking for candidates who can distil consumer observations into insights, have strong crafting skills, and an eye for detail.
The primary responsibility is to identify growth opportunities by identifying consumer pain points, which can lead to meaningful mix development. You will need to lead the Creative agency to deliver compelling comms and liaise with R&D to deliver innovations that solve consumer problems in the context of Adult Nutrition. The role will benefit you by teaching skills such as consumer love, growth mindset, Mix Development, and teamwork. It is an opportunity to work on an exciting set of challenges in an evolving category.
Here is an indicative summary of responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the consumer and competition dynamics to unlock growth opportunities for adult nutrition brands within Horlicks: Women's PLUS, Mothers' PLUS, Strength PLUS, Diabetes PLUS, and Lite Horlicks (list of brands linked to the role will be decided upon candidature lock)
- Analyse internal and external data to identify issues/opportunities and act upon them
- Work with advertising agencies and internal teams to craft and deploy communication across traditional and digital mediums
- Manage end-to-end asset creation (TV, Print, POSM & Digital) & project management processes
- Liaise with R&D, CTI, and Medical Affairs team for ongoing business needs and on running and executing innovation networks
Key Skills & Requirement:
- Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration OR equivalent.
- Should have past BD experience
- Experience in working in a cross-functional team to deliver projects, with excellence in network management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong Project Management skills, a bias for action, and ownership
- Core aspects underpinning all skills: Rigor, Analytical Thinking, Creativity, Empathy, and Obsession with brands & consumers.
