Job Title: SeniorTalent Partner, Finance

Work Location: Mumbai Head Office 

Job Description: This role would involve partnering with India Finance for all internal and external talent requirements for WL2+ and niche WL1 roles. 

What Your Day will look like:

  • Strategic HR partner to define and execute recruitment strategies in alignment with Internal/External Landscape for WL2+ and niche WL1 talent.

  • Support Workforce Planning and People Forums for WL2 - Develop effective recruiting forecasts to accurately predict respective functions’ future talent requirements and anchor people-focused discussions, through respective talent forum platforms  

  • Collaboration:  effectively collaborate with Recruitment specialists, Sourcers, and Talent Hub to source, oversee the WL2+ recruitment process, lead interviews, support Hiring Managers' decisions, and ensure offer acceptance  

  • Elevated Hiring Experience: manage seamless experience for the candidates who have applied to HUL and deliver superior hiring manager and stakeholder experience in partnership with hub/ HR teams  

  • Strong Stakeholder Management: Foster stakeholder relationships and partnerships: Engage with Hiring managers, HRBPs, local HR leadership, and manage external partnerships 

  • Effective Networking and Partnership: with business leadership and respective function employees, to translate business strategies and objectives to talent agenda.
