WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

The main purpose of this role is to drive the sales strategy, enhance business growth, and strengthen customer relationships in Oman. This involves delivering the agreed business objectives across all

channels. This role requires strategic thinking, solid planning and analytic skills, a passion for growth, and an ability to lead and deliver through others. The ideal candidate will assist in executing sales plans, managing key accounts, and ensuring the achievement of revenue and market share targets. This role requires strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive business success.

Your Key Tasks:

• Implement the agreed RTM model for the required NIV and MS growth.

• Have a flawless execution and achieve Perfect Store Compliance.

• Deliver numeric & weighted distribution.

• Deliver the maturity profile targets by taking the required corrective actions.

• Drive Gross Margin improvements.

• Land the agreed subchannel TMIs.

• Deliver FCS. Improve team capability by identifying the skill gaps of the team.

• Land agreed initiatives USLP across all channels.

• Land & execute Brand, TCM, CatOps & CM across channel development initiatives.

• Lead a team of Sales Supervisor's and Executives who will handle on-ground sales and execution

• Strategize and cascade strategy and ensure execution and target achievements of full team

• Constantly provide on-going coaching to Sales & Merchandising Force.

• Maintain a high level of team motivation & focus.

• To provide Sales Forecast in line with Sales Trend and Sales Plan.

• Ensure achievement of IMS, Distribution and visibility Targets for all Brands & avoid any OOS.

• Implement appropriate Channel & Customer Plans utilizing the support budget to achieve the sales Targets.

• Monitor Sales Performance by Customer by SKU through Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports.

• Conduct frequent Business review meetings with all customers.

• Lead related negotiations with all customers.

• To actively monitor competitors’ activities and suggest / implement appropriate action.                      

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field

  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Managerial roles in sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or a related industry and 4 years’ of selling experience in Gulf Market

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Strong Knowledge of the Omani market and local business dynamics is an advantage.

  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

  • Driving license is mandatory
