Job Purpose

Cambodia & Laos are part of Greater Asia which comprise of Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Korea and Japan) with annual GSV 250mil Euro and continuous double digit growth year-on-year. The business covers all 4 Business Units (Homecare, Beauty & Wellbeing, Personal Care, Nutrition). Support for IC will cover until the transition to new company complete.

The individual is required to lead customer experience, warehouse operation and transportation operation to ensure service levels meets our customer requirements and drive Logistics performance through our partners. Importantly deliver the agreed performance kpi and productivity program. It is key to partners with cross functional team CD, IP, RD and external vendors to deliver market growth ambitions.

Main Responsibilities

Customer Experience

  • Lead Customer Experience role in ensuring end to end Order to Cash operation runs smoothly and compliant to GFCS standards
  • Drive excellence in customer satisfaction and performance, develop and implement innovative supply chain solutions in collaboration with customers, partner with Customer Development Teams to align service strategies with business goals.
  • Lead Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations
  • Manage crisis – product availability, quality issue, custom clearance issue etc
  • Supervise customer service operation of Cambodia & Laos and finish goods for inbound and warehouse/distribution operation for outbound
  • Cash Management and control on Overdues.

Logistics

  • Work jointly with warehouse management team on capacity planning for short-medium-long term
  • Manage and monitor collaborative work relationship between Unilever, 3PLs and Unilever Customers (Distributors, Modern Trade and others)
  • Establish and implement short/medium/long term strategies to provide the most efficient and effective Warehouse and Distribution Network and Operation
  • Manage and determine manpower and other resources (MHEs) to meet the physical distribution requirements
  • Establish, monitor and control annual budget through ABC analysis. Analysis of activity variances and develop mitigate plan against those activities.
  • Coordinate/Initiate new initiatives for cost saving in warehouse and distribution network
  • Coordinate/Initiate/Lead both internal and external projects e.g. new WMS, new Warehouse
  • Prepare/Coordinate/Support Warehouse and Distribution for achieving both internal and external audit (BRC, WCM, GMP/HACCP)
  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations
  • Analyse and drive operational excellence through continuous improvement
  • Develop strategic warehouse and distribution roadmap that will allow the Company to keep its competitive edge through distribution and logical excellence
  • Coordinate with CD team, Customer Service team and Warehouse team to manage and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual Company Turnover target

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Undergraduate degree in related fields
  • >5 years’ experience in supply chain operation.  Experience in extended Extensive Supply Chain - experience, ideally across different SC functions will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of extended supply chain from Planning, Customer Service and , Logistics (warehouse and distribution), and Procurement.
  • Experience with project management leading and delivering cross-functional change initiatives
  • Finance and business acumen for supply chain
  • Experience leading/working with virtual teams and driving performance across a diverse mixture of cultures.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate in a virtual team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - , written and verbal. Able to translate ideas into clear and specific project plans
  • Knowledge in SAP and other WMS – Warehouse Management System
