Purpose: Finance BP Manager for Customer Development will support the National Finance Manager in Cambodia and Laos on all activities related to financial analysis , budget control and other reporting matters for Unilever’s Cambodia & Laos. The role is a Finance business partner role which involve financial advice , financial strategy ,  support and insight for major project to business partner and to ensure budget management  ,

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing quality assurance and review of any financial proposals, reports, or documentation.

  • Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance

  • Providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies.

  • Providing effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial, and financial targets are delivered.

  • Budget Management and promotion evaluation

  • Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams

  • Developing and growing skills and minds of team members

Skills and Qualifications:

  • The ability to communicate data in a clear and concise way.

  • To be aware of new legislation and understand the implications of this on financial decisions.

  • Excellent inter-personal, communication and influencing skills.

  • Agile mindset – continuously looking to adapt, improve ways of working; seamless information delivery & knowledge management; curious about new systems, technology. Ability to manage multiple projects/processes simultaneously.

  • Ability to develop strong personal and team relationships across a multitude of business stakeholders.

  • The ability to interpret and explain complex legislation to non-specialists.

  • Time and project management skills, including a strong bias for action.

  • Flexibility in mindset and ability to priorities and manage multiple tasks and also including proactively assessing risk
