Main Job Purpose:
His/Her Purpose is to design the future of Supply Chain LatAm and the scope will be mainly South of Latin America & Brazil. He/She will have the responsibility to improve business results by building a more efficient supply Chain network in the region.
Key Accountabilities:
To identify, develop and lead the Strategic Projects from Idea to Execution and ultimately Closure through a live Programme.
To fix and improve the top SC E2E Capacity Footprint to drive a step change performance in Latam.
To integrate and improve the communication of Latam SC and the multiple stakeholders (Global SC, Business LALT, Local SC, other needed areas) through simple and effective WoW and permanent engagement to ensure E2E strategy alignments.
Design and lead key strategic programs such as Low tier network model, Resilience for crisis, Technology knowledge Transfer, support on Innovation acceleration, Best Sourcing Volume Allocation.
Help developing Digital tools to integrate E2E supply chain. Taking Strategic Planning into the new digital revolution of business analytics.
Long term capacity planning guardian who analyzes data and detects opportunities to unlock capacity for growth considering an E2E scope (core materials suppliers, 3PLs and factories), build scenario planning studies, and extracts meaningful insights for each MCO.
To analyze and build CAR and CAPEX propositions to drive projects evaluation and strategic decision support.
Skills that will be considered: Willingness to learn and take new challenges, leadership, technical knowledge, Logical thinking, Excel, Basic Programming (i.e. Power Bi), accountability and bias for action.
Important:
English: Upper-Intermediate level (position periodically will have meetings with NA and global Teams)
Spanish: Upper knowledge level (position with intensive contact with Spanish speaking countries)
Portuguese: Upper-intermediate level (position with intensive contact with Brasil)
