JOB PURPOSE:

  • Responsibility for the operation and cooperation with franchisees in individual regions for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

  • Development of existing business and seeking new growth opportunities.

  • Channel strategy is the DNA of this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leading a team of Area Managers in individual regions

  • Leading the acquisition team and direct responsibility for delivering acquisition plans

  • Setting and implementing development strategies for individual regions

  • Setting plans and evaluating them for individual regions

  • Responsibility for overall cooperation with franchisees according to the distribution agreement

  • Developing the sales team

  • Communicating with key customers

  • Responsibility for distribution and excellent service

  • Responsibility for effective management of freezers

  • Responsibility for POSM and their effective placement

  • Regular trade visits

  • Regular communication with franchisees, KAMs, acquisition team, CSP

  • Direct responsibility for assigned contractual customers

  • Responsibility for TMI of franchisees and effective use of BMI investments

  • Reporting KPIs

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in leading a sales team

  • Ability to motivate and inspire for given tasks

  • Strategic thinking and quick decision-making

  • Good organizational and presentation skills

  • Willingness to travel across the Czech Republic and Slovakia, active driver with a category B license
