JOB PURPOSE:
Junior HRBP supports the whole employee life cycle from hire to retire services for our employees and line managers in our head offices Prague & Bratislava. They provide advice, guidance, and support on employment matters and manage the necessary processing to implement changes. They are the experts and professionals in their field with deep knowledge of our processes, our policies, and the law in the country they work in.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of existing new policies in line with employment law
- Manage the offboarding process, including the exit interview
- Manage international assignments & relocation where no dedicated Global Mobility resource is available in the market
- Manage pre-boarding & onboarding process
- Guide HR policies and processes when employees don’t find the answer in the self-service tool
- Manage and support for resolving local Employee Relations issues (performance, grievance, discipline, conflict, etc.)
- Leave / Absence / Illness case management
- Preparing supporting materials for Payroll
- Guide/lead restructuring at an employee level
- Coordinate job data changes (legal entity, FTE%, reporting line, etc.) & mover process
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
We seek a highly skilled professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, and operational expertise in the following areas:
- Bachelor’s or master’s in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years HR experience
- Employee Experience: Proven ability to design and deliver exceptional employee journeys that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stakeholder Management: Skilled in building and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Change Management: Successfully led organizational change initiatives using structured methodologies.
- Employee Relations: Good knowledge of labour laws and best practices for fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
- Influencing: The ability to persuade and inspire others drives alignment and commitment across teams and leadership levels.
- Complex Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to tackle multifaceted challenges with innovative and effective solutions.
- Emotional Intelligence: High self-awareness, empathy, and interpersonal sensitivity to navigate diverse workplace dynamics.
