JOB PURPOSE:
You will be responsible for the support and delivery of ICE innovations to Market, partnering with other teams (Marketing, Quality & Assurance, Legal, Sales) and ensuring that R&D product information to consumer and customer is on time & in full.
The position is suitable for students with R&D/Food Science educational background and well as for candidates interested in flexible part – time (parents leave, etc)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete local specifications for Ice Cream projects in Europe to enable digital data flow to customers ahead of product launch.
- Input and review local technical data in the artworks process to ensure zero noncompliance or market incidents.
- Assess any claims, business requests (e.g. saleable trials) and review any competitor challenges by using the available compliance network.
- Answer product and pack-related inquiries from the careline and Sales. This refers to data available in the local specifications.
- Adapt project Q&A and Selling stories for the local market, supporting Sales needs.
- Identify improvements in the technical data management processes and support the digital transformation roadmap.
- Serve as the first line of compliance contact in the country for compliance, managing local deviations / market practice specifics, and supporting technical product challenges.
- Act as the ice cream R&D reference for local training to business partner, supporting tasting session, competitor monitoring and happy product process. Act as a local hear and eyes of R&D to innovation, product-packaging country trends.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Education in Food Science, Data Science, or related fields
- Proficient in SAP PLM
- Working knowledge of European & local foods regulations
- Experienced in artwork process
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities, calm under tight deadlines
- Native Czech and advanced English are required
