WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Click or tap here to enter text. Work closely with the operations team to manage day-to-day operational execution (inc. Perfect Store ownership) to minimize stocks, damaged stock & claims, ensure rotation of stock, and avoid high stock levels.
Collaboratively build the S&OP forecast in alignment with the Regional Business Development Manager on TO assumptions, budgets, and channel strategy.
Agree on activities with Category Teams when performance gaps occur vs the CBP before agreeing with customers accordingly.
To identify and highlight customer opportunities, report and share competitors’ activities.
Good communication among the internal departments (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Marketing & Cat Ops Sales and merchandising team.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant studies.
3 - 5 Years of Experience in FMCG industry, particularly in managing GT Channels (WS, Vans & VFM).
Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
