JOB PURPOSE

Unilever Italy is looking for a motivated intern to join the Customer Operations team, with a specific focus on Customer Experience and Logistics. The ideal candidate will support the team in daily activities such as invoicing, dispute management, and customer account reconciliation. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment, working closely with industry professionals.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Support the team with invoicing activities, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.
- Handle customer disputes, collaborating with various departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage customer account reconciliations, ensuring accounts are up-to-date and accurate.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to improve processes and implement innovative solutions.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and the quality of service provided to customers.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Skills:
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of main IT tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Good command of the English language.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
