Unilever is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do – creating a better business and a better world.

Unilever Italy is looking for a motivated Market Collaboration Planner to join the Customer Operations team, with a specific focus on Demand planning. Market Collaboration Planner is a pivotal position within the Home Care Business Unit. This is a crucial role in the S&OP process, contributing in sales forecast creation with market team; special focus is also dedicated to mid-long term supply planning of HC products in order to balance stock levels  and costs by ensuring superior customer service.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Actively participate in the S&OP cycle, contributing to cross-functional meetings and discussions with the aim of:
    • defining baseline forecast and monitoring promotional forecast
    • observing and translating market trends into sales forecast
    • ensuring Demand accuracy and stability
    • coordinate with marketing on innovations
  • Serve as a vital link between the local business and the supply network, ensuring proper visibility of needs to sourcing units and driving business decisions to mitigate service issues. Ensuring mid-long term supply planning is adequate and timely managed
  • Balance cost/service ensuring we have the right level of inventory to serve the market without generating excess stock and residual (with consequent waste risk)
  • Obsolete management (identification of over stock situations and residuals; reducing obsoletes of finished good stock and raw&pack materials write-off)
