WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
Ensure interoperability of the respective digital market ecosystem is granted and upgraded according to the blueprint standards.
Advise and assist markets in building AI ready first party data platforms.
Facilitate the implementation and usage of AI in the essential processes of our operations.
Gather market tech and data needs and advise markets how to best leverage the global framework of tools and systems.
Advise markets how to optimize digital systems and running costs.
Unlock bottlenecks and ensure progress by effective project management.
Consistently communicate progress and results, create regional best examples and share across the organization.
Help in enabling local organizations in their work to optimize every visit with the highest size of prize, introduce the most relevant information to the operator and offer the next best choice in terms of product listing.
Help markets to enhance the operator experience through increased frequency of interactions, being more relevant and making the buying process more convenient and enjoyable – all of which will drive NPS.
Deploy tested AI technology (chatbot, content creation) in the region.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Business-to-Business experience is a strong plus, digital savviness a must.
Strong communication skills are essential, and a proactive attitude will set you apart.
Consider highlighting any past projects involving AI deployment to show your expertise.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment is highly
valued.Highlight your ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and your enthusiasm for continuous learning
EXPERIENCES, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of professional experience ideally in a Business-to-Business environment,
Strong Project Management Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Priority setting skills
Data analytics and technology ecosystem understanding (e.g., Informatica, UDL, Salesforce, SSD, Emakina, DSR app).
LEADERSHIP
You are an inclusive motivator of people. Your team delivers with real passion, growing and learning from each other whilst delivering quick wins.
You are still responsible for your own results and as a manager, you also need to motivate others to deliver with passion, creating an inclusive and engaging climate around you.
