Unilever Professional (UPro) is the B2B arm of Home Care (HC), it is the youngest team of HC (created in 2019) with a strong track record of growth and an even bigger ambition: we are touching €320mio turnover in 2024 and on route towards €1bn by 2030.
Unilever Professional specializes in offering Home Care solutions tailored for professional cleaning sectors, including Restaurants, Hotels, Offices and Commercial Laundries and is currently operational in 44 markets. The purpose of the UPro CD team is to serve operators through different B2B channels around the globe and making our professional cleaning solutions accessible to all operators.
It will be an exciting and rewarding journey to participate in building the future of Professional HC. We are looking for an ambitious, capable digital commerce lover who can drive the growth of dCom channel.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
Create, execute and track digital and D-commerce deployment plans with key markets and business partners to accelerate existing business and unlock opportunities with global workstreams spanning demand space choices, fit-for-channel portfolio & packaging, content that converts, and demand creation that drives growth.
Identify and execute DCom JBP programs with priority channel partners that accelerate Professional B2B business across key Omni-channel players and pure players.
Ensure best in class deployment of rich and B2B tailormade content/7OAs.
Support new D-commerce capability development for functions such as Marketing, R&D, CMI, Supply Chain and Sales.
Co-create operator centric demand creation, promo and activation plan in the scope of Europe across priority markets purposed mainly for Ecom channel.
Co-manage media strategy plan with internal marketing teams to achieve aligned KPI and goals for each eCommerce partners.
Drive listings, launch on existing and new omnichannel accounts in Europe.
Synergy and cooperation with relevant regional and local teams in relevant market.
Engage and partner with key stakeholder (UPRO marketing team, UPRO BDMs, UPRO CMI, trade marketing, Homecare BU/CSP teams, Diversey marketing and local business/account leads) to drive exponential channel growth.
Own and track dCommerce data to find relevant insights and opportunities for growth.
SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE
Understanding of European e-retail environment
Familiar with DCom D4C tools, processes, and audit mechanism e.g Content Suite, Kwery, Asset bank, PIM/PSO/PLO
E-commerce/online marketing fanatic, positively curious and a technology enthusiast
Possess specialist level skill set for DCom role with prior experience running projects and experience working with/for key DCom players
Strong stakeholder management
Experience working with complex and matrixed teams and organization
Experience working with agencies and 3ps to get DCom objectives met OTIF
Passionate about delivering new digital ideas/projects end to end
Strong analytical ability and presentation skills
Multilingual skill is plus, where fluency in English is compulsory
