WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
Responsibilities: Lead business plans for BLX, build on our Three Part Mission with a think big out of the box mindset ensuring we are culturally relevant , fun and impactfull
Lead the development and establish goals for marketing programs for BLX ensuring ability for development and execution to be aligned synergistically with E marketing initiatives, and social mission objectives Develop and manage the existing and new portfolio to achieve long-term growth, sales and profit goals Work with local sales team to identify new distribution (OOH, IH & new channels) and merchandising opportunities for new products, and direct related marketing activities to achieve sales volume and market penetration goals Continue to lead & pioneer in E-commerce (IC-now, grocery.now, Grocery.com) and lead the digital development of Ben &Jerry’s BLX Utilize the reporting of syndicated data, competitive intelligence, and consumer research to achieve business insights and facilitate marketing program development Exhibit commitment to the company’s social mission and the teams vital role in delivering all three elements of Ben & Jerry's three-part mission statement Develop & role out together with activist manager, activist campaigns that drive systemic change and social impact
Manage relationships with key internal and external partners (e.g., B-corp, non-profit partners)
Take full responsibility for the end to end P&L in order to deliver on USG, UPG and profit targets as well as effective budget management
Lead and coach the cross functional Ben & Jerry’s BLX team (3 FTE) and contribute to their development through effective coaching and advocating for appropriate training opportunities
Build relations and collaborate with wider Ben & Jerry’s team and cross functional teams to drive the Europe/ANZ on all 3 parts of the mission continuing to be leading, disruptive , fun and impactful

EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE/THE QUALITIES WE LOOK FOR
Qualifications:
8+ years’ experience with exposure in Brand Building, Brand Development or Category Management.
Passion to make this world a better place and drive systemic change on climate and social justice
Must be a strategic thinker who is comfortable applying insights to creative, evaluating creative and articulating feedback.
Passion to think big, out of the box and inspire others to do the same
Proven experience in developing and implementing effective and integrated Brand Marketing Plans delivering top and bottom line, leveraging global framework and executing brilliant breakthrough activation in market
Strong Business Acumen with proven experience in full P&L ownership and accountability.
Strong & proven manager of others with a passion for capability building. Ability to lead and motivate a cross-functional team
Must have strong influence and negotiation skills and be comfortable interacting with and presenting to senior level management and key stakeholders
Commercial acumen and cross functional understanding and capabilities
Fluent English and Dutch
Excellent competencies in marketing, digital, program development and implementation.
Travel is expected approx. 5% of your time
