Salary:  44-64 K gross per year depending on background and experience.

As a Digital Transformation Lead, you will work in the Out-Of-Home department and together with your colleagues from the Data Team you will be responsible for leading and developing digital initiatives that can take our strategy to the next level both internally and towards our customers. Your fresh perspective on the world of data and its translation is very welcome in the various sales teams within the Out of Home department. You will develop digital solutions and work closely with various internal teams such as the Trade, KAM and Field team. This position requires many strong analytical, innovative and problem-solving skills. It is important that you can take the lead independently.

JOB PURPOSE AND WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

You will be part of the Out of Home department which consists of different sales teams (Trade, KAM and Field) You will report to the Operational Manager and Field Sales Lead Manager. You are responsible for the digital strategy for IC within OOH. You develop and implement the strategy that results in measurable improvements. You will develop digital projects and then lead them from concept to execution. You will analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for digitization. You will work together with the various sales teams to initiate opportunities as well as integrate digital tools into the teams. Think, for example, of data tools where we use a regression model to know exactly where the opportunities lie in the market. You develop the tool together with your colleagues and ensure that the account managers apply it in their work. In doing so, you stimulate a culture within OOH in which innovations and digital improvements are continuously considered.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

In this role, it is important that you have knowledge of current and emerging technologies such as cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital marketing tools. You are naturally interested in digital trends. You are creative and solution-oriented and always strive for progress. You have strong communication skills to inspire teams with your ideas but also to convey them well to them so that they participate enthusiastically in the projects. 

EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE/THE QUALITIES WE LOOK FOR

  • You have at least a (relevant as digital marketing, ) Bachelor's degree (WO Master's is an advantage) or level of thinking and acting.

  • At least 4 years of experience in a digital position is a plus

  • Demonstrated success in leading digital transformations and working with cross-functional teams

  • A passion for innovation and technology

  • In depth knowledge of digital tools, technologies and trends. .

  • You are able to 'keep several balls in the air' and you do not lose your eye for detail, so you are stress resistant.

  • Native language: Dutch

  • At minimum you can work independently and are proactive.

  • You are enthusiastic, driven, curious, ambitious and socially skilled.

Skills

  • Leadership skills: Ability to formulate a vision and communicate it to all stakeholders.

  • Project Management and Commercial Experience: Proven experience in leading digital projects from start to finish. Experience in optimizing customer experiences through digital channels. It is important that you can take the lead in projects independently.

  • Communication skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas and engage stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences

  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills: Able to build business cases and evaluate the impact of digital initiatives. Familiarity with statistical methods and techniques to analyze data and identify trends.

  • Data Visualization: Ability to present data in a clear and understandable way

  • Adaptability and creativity: Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances and new technologies. Creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions that support business goals
