JOB PURPOSE:

We are looking for a strongfinancialleader to partner our customer, supporting strategic business decisions, providing relentless focus on the cash and value, while setting up a strong stewardship function in a highly volatile environment. If you are passionate about delivering high performance in a complex stand-alone business environment with a problem-solving and owner’s mindset, this is the role for you.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

Business Performance

• Supporting strategic and commercial decision making for both the IH and OOH customer teams in the IC Netherlands Company

• Supporting the cash and value creation agenda, with focus on return on investment, e.g., driving ROI by partnering with customer teams to optimize pricing strategies and improving cashflow management

Stewardship

• TTS budgeting controls for both IH and OOH for the IC Netherlands Company

• Rebate and overdue management for both IH and OOH IC Netherlands Company

Leadership

• Business Partner of the CD IH and OOH teams

• Bringing curiosity to drive progress and financial improvements in value and cash

• Owners’ mindset
