Job Purpose
You will lead the Digital Commerce strategy for Foods France and Amora Maille Global and collaborate closely with both local French teams and European category vertical teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with Unilever’s strategic goals. This role is a key connector, enabling global-to-local adaptation of strategies while supporting local market success.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Own the BU dCom Strategy Inc. overseeing/coordinate transformational enablers inc. SC, R&D & new
bus. models
2. Own D4C Strategy in action interventions coordinating to raise the floor on all dCom capabilities
3. Own Portfolio Mgt. across dCom modalities & key customers, developing Strategy and lead
identification/execution of core assortment [i.e., core expansion, profitable bundles, gifting, etc] and
future facing D4E design for dCom.
4. Performance Marketing elevate holistic and iterative performance marketing planning, execution and
optimization across Pureplay and Omni retail media.
5. Content that drives Conversion build an unparalleled online shopping experience via best-in-class.
6. End to End Leadership drive dCom transformation end to end through new business system
capabilities in partnership with Brand, CS&P, R&D and Supply Chain partners.
7. Building New Business Models analyze and drive crucial levers to build new business models and pilots
e.g., drive portfolio and P&L differentiation strategy between 1P and 3P business, DTC where relevant.
