WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
As Digital Engineer you will unleash your creativity and technical expertise in a cutting-edge role. We're revolutionizing manufacturing operations through digitization. As a Digital Engineer, you'll use systems engineering, data science, cloud technologies, and project management tools to develop, integrate, and support digital solutions that drive our manufacturing operations forward. You'll be part of a team that combines technical expertise with human-centered approaches, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in our industry. From developing CI/CD pipelines, web applications and automating work processes, you'll be at the heart of it all. Rapid prototyping will be your playground as you bring digitization designs to life, integrating innovative digital development into our manufacturing site with a user-centric and agile mindset. You'll collect and analyze data from various sources, driving insights and building statistical and machine learning models to fuel our analytics endeavors. Your problem-solving skills will shine as you collaborate with our technical and Ops teams.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Provide work direction for specific projects in the design, development, deployment and support of software and apps development with small-size development teams.
• Work with: Power BI, Power Apps, Python, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, to collect or ingest data.
• Provide expertise in software development lifecycle phases-concept, design, testing and deployment.
• Share and champion ideas that can evolve how we perform maintenance and support operations.
• Define and lead development workflow, providing work direction for development team through complex development on a suite of applications/programs.
• Execution of standardized systems, processes, KPI’s, and ways of working.
• Customer service mindset and strong collaboration with extended team.

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s in computer science, Controls & Automation, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.

• Proficiency in relevant programming languages: Power BI, Power Apps, Python, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.
• Practical experience in systems engineering, UI/UX design, data science, and cloud technologies. Familiarity with MS Power Platform, MS Azure/Databricks.
• Advance Excell skills to create Macros, Dynamic tables, Power query and data analytics.
• Ability to create user interface designs using Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with front-end frameworks and rapid prototyping is a plus.
• Knowledge of continuous integration, delivery, and infrastructure automation.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, to effectively translate technical concepts into business language. Strong presentation abilities and proficiency in English are a must.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in manufacturing / mass production plants. Passioned about the digital develop and automation tools.
• Understanding project management principles. Experience in managing projects and meeting defined timelines.
• Curious and adaptable mindset with a willingness to explore and learn new fields related to manufacturing operations.
• Clear competence in Supply Chain is a plus.

• Must be able to analyze factory and technical processes to identify opportunities for performance improvement. Strong coaching skills, enquiring, supportive and challenging.
