JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to build new distributor business models that allow Unilever of Puerto Rico to better leverage the strength of its brands and power of its cross functional operation. Create and develop new business models for further business and distributor development.. You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Integrates distributors and Unilever results to allow a true One Unilever representation on top/ selected customers.
  • Enhances knowledge sharing and best practices across business teams.
  • Develops and implements CBP for all distributors and JBP for the top customers.
  • Supports distributors on strategic plans to their top customers integrating Unilever cross functional support team.
  • Assists in the development and monitors customs KPI’s for all distributors (Customer service, OSA, inventory management, payment terms, TTS management, sales, and profit).
  • Assists in the development and implements monitor TTS strategy for distributors channel to replace and simplify current labor-intensive processes.
  • Delivers distributor business results within TMI budget

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-7 years of Sales experience in a consumer retail environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years managing distributors.
  • Previous experience managing clubs/ Walmart.
  • Retail Link experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

SKILLS

  • Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills (English- Spanish).
  • Strong negotiation and project management skills.
  • Clarity of purpose, practical creativity, objective analytical power, and entrepreneurial drive.
  • Leading, developing and influencing others with strong team commitment.
  • Market orientation.
