JOB PURPOSE

This position plays a crucial role in financial performance for Latam. The SCF Performance Coordinator is responsible for the monthly activities of closing, forecasting and analysing results of Total Supply Chain costs and Cash Contribution. You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Regarding supply chain costs, this function should work very close to Industrial Performance and SC Procurement team, supporting both areas, contributing with business insights and providing interaction with total P&L overview.

  • In terms of Cash, this person will support the tracking of Cash Contribution and its components, enabling leadership visibility and understanding of this report, and helping with accurate data for decision making.

  • The whole area is currently capturing opportunities of processes improvements, therefore, proactivity will be very much valuable in this role.

  • SCF Performance has different stakeholders: Finance Business Partners, Planning, Engineering, BU Performance.

  • Developed ability with quantitative analyses, storytelling, presentation and focus on results are the main skills required, as well as proactivity and strategic view of SCC impacts for the business.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degreed Completed;

  • Advanced English proficience;

  • Experience in finance;

  • Cash Flow Expertise;

  • Cost Management Experience: Proven experience in cost analysis beyond operational factory tasks, with a strategic approach.

  • Business-Oriented Supply Chain Knowledge: Ability to connect supply chain operations with business decision-making and strategic outcomes.

  • Key Supply Chain Metrics: Familiarity with indicators related to supply, inventory management, stock levels, and capital expenditures (CapEx).

  • Cost Impact Awareness: Deep understanding of all factors within the supply chain that influence cost structures.
