Unilever Future Leaders’ League (UFLL) is Unilever’s flagship global business case competition, inviting bright minds from across the world to step into the shoes of a Unilever leader. UFLL gives university students and fresh graduates the chance to experience real business challenges, showcase their creativity, and gain exposure to Unilever’s purpose-led, performance-driven culture.

We’re looking for curious, ambitious, and creative thinkers who are ready to challenge the status quo.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 3rd and 4th year students or fresh graduates.

• Available to participate in the local competition and, if selected, in the global finals.

• Previous UFLL global finalists are not eligible.

Program Journey

1. Applications Open: Now
2. Team Selection & Local Round: Compete on a real Unilever business case.
3. National Winner Announcement: One winning team will be selected to represent Saudi Arabia.
4. Global Finals: Teams from all over the world compete for the title and a fully sponsored #UniquelyUnilever Immersion Experience.
