Job Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of production personnel on the shop floor, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality control procedures.
* Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and good manufacturing practices (GMP) within the production area.
* Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and material usage, and generate reports for management.
* Collaborate with quality assurance, supply chain, and engineering teams to resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Conduct regular equipment inspections, troubleshoot minor malfunctions, and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
* Train and mentor production staff on new procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
* Manage raw material and finished goods inventory within the production area, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
* Participate in the development and implementation of new production methods and technologies.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Production, or related field) or a relevant science discipline.
* 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
* Proven understanding of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.
* Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding production environment.
