Background & Purpose of the Job

The purpose of this position is to ensure the *smooth and efficient operation of workplace services (WPS), office supplies, and employee support. The role will be responsible for: 

- Overseeing procurement, invoicing, and purchase order (PO) management.

- Managing workplace services operations to foster a safe, clean, and productive work environment. 

- Ensure operational procurement processes are sustained and optimized while driving vendor performance, and cost efficiency. 

Who You Are & What You’ll Do

  • Ensure compliance with Procure to Pay (P2P) policies and manage vendor relationships.
  • Manage Cora invoicing, GR creation and Coupa purchase order (PO) processing.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance *vendor performance. 
  • Handle Opex management for workplace services, including vending machines, uniform services, cafeteria services, and document storage. 
  • Capex Support for Workplace Services projects.
  • Optimize operational costs, service quality, and efficiency.
  • Owner of vending machine services, uniform management, cafeteria services, and change room/locker support.
  • Manage janitorial services, document storage, mailroom operations, and office supplies inventory.
  • Oversee furniture, office configurations, and equipment allocation.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of physical wellbeing (gym) services.
  • Act as MOC Workplace Services Representative to ensure compliance with workplace policies.
