Business Growth
- Hit Growth Target and Business Plans.
- Achieve Expansion Target.
- Ensure good servicing and expand online pickup points.
Servicing
- Direct Servicing (Distribution Level / NPI Placement, Buying%, Asset Confirmation, Returns, Scanned Visit, Digitization).
- Indirect Servicing - HAPI DEALERSHIP (Sales Target, Hapi Store Expansion, Hapi Dealer Distribution / NPI Placement, Digitization).
- Distributor Manpower implementation and management.
Distributor Business Sustainability
- Ensure execution of Big Rocks (Expansion, Servicing, People).
- Capacity Review: Ensure profitable and sustainable business for distributor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 1 to 2 years of experience in General Trade/Distributor management.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Amenable to do heavy field work in General Santos and Kidapawan
- Must have field sales capability and metrics/KPI management.
- With excellent communication skills.
