We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, once we separate from Unilever, which is planned to happen by November 2025.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

In this role, you will be an integral part in building, developing, and maintaining credible, long term, category lead relationships, internal & external. In addition, you will be the voice of the consumer and shopper in the organization delivering actionable insights that deliver category value creation. You will be the expert and turn insights into actions with best-in-class execution, analysis, and evaluation of category plans, managing the end-to-end critical path, to deliver range reviews with customers providing leading edge Category Management solutions.

Scope: In-Home Sweden (Grocery Trade)

Reports to: CSP Lead Nordic/Sweden

Location: Stockholm, SWEDEN

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Utilise the category growth model to develop category understanding and provide actionable insights with our retail partners and drive incremental growth in the category by tailoring the category growth model to the customers by delivering bespoke customer initiatives using a shopper first lens.

· Partner closely with agencies and identify appropriate insights and data sources, Utilize and understand multiple data sources (Nielsen, Kantar, Household Panel, market demographic data, EPOS and loyalty data and systems) to generate recommendations for category & range reviews.

· Bringing the shopper & consumer view to the Ice Cream Business Unit aiding the delivery of Shopper insights and recommendations in the delivery of new innovations, promotional plans, Joint Business Plan building, and price positioning. Understanding how the shopper is shopping the category, identifying opportunities to put Unilever products outside of the main fixture.

· Monitoring implementation and review of range recommendations enabling SKU optimization and optimum product mix. Coordinating the process of launching new products to customers by adapting trade stories and trade presentations to local conditions and needs and delivering key category/customer reporting and ad hoc analysis as required.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

We believe the right person for this role has some years of professional experience from the FMCG industry. Previous experience from working with GfK or Nielsen data is a plus. The ideal candidate is positive, self-going and proactive. You should be able to structure your work and to work with several different tasks and processes simultaneously.

You have strong communication skills as you need to be able to express analytics to various levels in the organization; as well as the ability to deliver presentations and training. You also must be able to effectively interact with peers, sales management, and senior management to build sustainable, positive relationships with people on all levels in an organization, both internally and externally. Skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is key.

Please note that fluency in Swedish and English is needed for this role.

REQUIRED EXPEREINCE

• 3-5 years of professional experience from the FMCG industry. Ideally also a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or Engineering.

• Previous experience from working with GfK or Nielsen data is a plus, as well as experience in speaking and presenting in front of large groups of people.

• Fluency in local language and English, both speaking and writing

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (including Excel and Powerpoint)

• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
