JOIN THE NORDIC BPC TEAM

Do you thrive in dynamic environments where innovation and creativity are key? We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product and Innovation Project Manager to join our team on a temporary contract (12 months). This role focuses on managing our portfolio projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution of portfolio projects.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Manage and oversee product innovation projects aimed at building the local portfolio for global leading brands.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, CSP, R&D, supply chain, and finance.

  • Ensure project milestones are met within the stipulated timelines.

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication across all teams to align information and objectives.

  • Handle administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the projects.

  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management within a dynamic work environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

  • Driven by operational excellence and attention to detail.

  • Experience with Product and Innovation (P&I) is a plus.
