If you are in the Unilever Ice Cream business or consider choosing to work for the Unilever Ice Cream business, you will work for the Global, leading Ice Cream player with €7.9bn Turn Over in 2023. The Ice Cream business is operating in a highly attractive category, as we are part of the 1 trillion snacking and refreshment industry, growing consistently at high pace. We have strong brands equities: 5 of top 10 selling brands including Wall’s, Magnum, Ben &Jerry’s. We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, once we separate from Unilever, which is planned to happen by November 2025.

JOB PURPOSE:

Are you looking for a career opportunity within a dynamic and constantly growing multinational environment? Do you have a passion for Finance and would like to develop in a Factory environment? Then this role is tailored for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Business partnering Factory Leadership Team to drive site performance 
  • Responsible for projects governance and delivery of in-year ︁financial performance (costs/capex/waste) 
  • End to end ownership of full P&L and balance sheet for the site 
  • Responsible to ensure site on-ground controls are executed (inventories, purchase process, IFRS 16, balance sheet etc) 
  • Co-creates and co-drives savings agenda with operations and uses available industrial tools to support 
  • Budget Planning, Forecasting, weekly cost governance & Month End Activities 
  • Drives long term strategic planning for the site (Masterplan and BP) guiding the site leadership on the key value items 
  • Supports decision making for strategic projects with ad hoc data/analysis 
  • Supports in the design and implementation of transformation plans for the Ice Cream network
  • Participate in central projects to build finance capabilities for other sites of the cluster/ network.
  •  Supports ABC/ transfer pricing process led by SCFS

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

SKILLS: fluent in English and Romanian; good digital skills; knowledge in SAP system represents an advantage; assertive, adaptable, accountable and an analytical thinker

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:    Educational background in Finance; minimum+5 years working experience in Finance, preferably in a business partner role in a production environment.

LEADERSHIP:   Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
