Job Purpose

Main Responsibilities
- Develop the Horeca channel focusing on the hotels/cafe/restaurants sector for sales & business development for UFS products.
- Drive new customer acquisition and maximize product penetration.
- Customer engagement and relationship building.
- Demand creation through simple cooking.
- As UFS representatives to provide Horeca business solutions.
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in field sales, strong track record in the Horeca/Foodservice industry would be prioritized.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree education in any major.
- High passion for culinary business.
- Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and provide customized solutions.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work independently with a strong sale drive.
- Willing to be placed across Indonesia and to travel as needed.
- Good interpersonal skills.
Skill
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Able to do simple cooking & product applications.
- Preferably fluent in English.
- Disciplined with CRM admin.
