Home Care Indonesia is looking for Assistant Brand Manager for Dishwash who is passionate about building Dishwash category and team. Reporting to SBM Dishwash & Dishwash Strategy, this role will be responsible to drive Sunlight brand purpose, market development and brand growth in general trade. This role will require the individual to understand about brand strategy and brand crafting with a deep understanding of marketing principles. 

Indonesia is 2nd biggest market for Unilever dishwash globally and one of the most complex market with competition & activities. This is a high visibility role within Unilever and offers plenty of scope for independent brand and team stewardship, agency and cross-functional leadership and creativity. The successful candidate will need to demonstratehigh levels of passion, creativity, an entrepreneurial spirit and strong interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assists in the development of the Brand Marketing Plan by developing an understanding of the drivers of brand growth and brand health and identifying key issues and opportunities

  • Monitor and evaluate brand performance to recommend and execute appropriate ways to drive growth and brand power

  • Identifies solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance monitoring

  • Work closely with agencies (Media, Creative, Activation, Market Research, PR, etc.) to execute flawless brand experiences across touch points

  • Monitors budget spend and provides timely communication to relevant stakeholders on overspend / cash availability

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Preferably 1-2 year experience of Brand management in FMCG

  • Passion to growth and agile to adapt through dynamic business challenges

  • Great attitude to learn new things & make things happen by himself/herself and through others.

Skill

  • Strong business mindset, creativity, analytical thinking and good communicationskill

  • Has an open-mind, practical creativity and result-oriented.

  • Fluent in English speaking and writing.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Strong time management skill to work in a changeable environment, ability to manage workload and multiple projects
