Our Customer Development team is embarking on an exciting journey, we are looking for an Assistant Field Excellence Manager who will be part of the MT CARE team.

What can you expect from the role?

  • Become a part of a high-energy team of CARE, blending in a highly fast-paced environment.
  • Gain a holistic visibility of the Modern Trade business specifically for Home Care and Foods category.
  • Build expertise in execution and operational excellence.  
  • Exposure to large stakeholders, internal and external. 

Main responsibility is to drive perfect score in Hyper & Supermarket account through:

  • Translating the brand message, category plan, and channel strategy though high-quality consumer experience on ground.
  • Implementing MT promotion initiatives and space optimization in outlets to speed up the speed to shelf in store, stock assortment and availability.
  • Ensuring the implementation of initiatives translated to execution by internal team and BP team.
  • Having good negotiation skills to ensure the speed to shelf target are achieve, the NPD are distributed OTIF, and ensuring stock availability and perfect execution in store (ordering, NPD, shopper insight).
  • Optimizing the investment as well as reduce cost through excellent executions in the right store.
  • Developing field force community to become future fit and spotting any opportunities which are suitable with the current needs (e.g. social commerce).

Does this sound like you?

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in GT/MT/LMT
  • Has been in current position for 2 years by 1st of April 2025.
  • Have a strong interest and passion in beauty trends.
  • Possess strong leadership skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Agile, proactive and curious. 
  • Strong commitment and results oriented. 
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
