Main Responsibilities

Fully responsible in handling and monitoring E2E Process Import FG, RPM, CAPEX, MRO & Others to support NUTRITION businessInvolvement in developing Project CITRUS, in additional to the current main roleE2E Process Importation in Place:Import Order, Freight, Import License/Permit, Customs Clearance,Cargo Release/Delivery, SIT/ConsignmentInventory, Depo/PLB WH Operationsetc.:

  • Customs Audit, Post-Border Audit, MONEV-MITAandFit for AEO CertificationLead (ULI & UEI),

  • Monitor FG Shipments Plan from SU and CM Factoriesunder Import Agent to CRMS,

  • Monitor RPM/CAPEX/Others Shipments Plan from Suppliers to PLB WHand ULIpremises,

  • ManageImport License/Permit in Place and Deal withmore than 13 Authorized Agencies,

  • Improve PLB WH Productivity: Capacity, Occupancy, SIT Aging, T-putand Call of DeliveryOTIF,

  • Improve Depo Terminal Container Operations: D&D Cost, SIT Aging and Call of Delivery OTIF,

  • ManageWH FC Budget, Customs Liability and 3PL InvoiceValidation & Approval forSettlement,

  • Manage KPI: Dwelling Time, Un-planned Costs,Savings, ServiceLevel &Regulation Compliance,

  • Initiate SIT Stocks Transformation to Cash by Optimizing ConsignmentStocks (NRI/ PDPLB),

  • OptimizeGovernment facilities/incentives for Costs SavingInitiatives and Process Improvement.

  • Involve in developing Digital Project CITRUS and maintain ComprehensiveImport Tracking Ultimate System.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Candidate must havea bachelor’s degree (specific in Logistics: Transport, Freight & Warehouse; Industrial/Chemicals Engineering; Foods Technology&Business OperationManagement).

  • Prior minimum 1 year work experience in other FMCG company would be inImport-Export, Logistics, Procurement, Planning, Customer Experience & Commercial.

Skill

  • LTO skills required: most preferableCertified Customs Brokerage Expertise.

  • Candidate must have a dept range of technical skills: Certified in Supply Chain and Logistics Professional/ Certified APICS; Certified IMO & IATA DGs;Cross Border Tariff & Non-Tariff Barriers Procedures (Trade T&C, Customs, Regulatory relate to Import-Export, Logistics: Warehouse, Freight & Transport); Cargo Insurance; Perishable Cargo; Stocks Inventory Management.

  • Candidate must be able to operateMastery in Excel, PowerBI, Power Point, SAPSystem and fluency in English etc.
