KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Execute risk-based internal audit engagements across the organizations. • Ensure timely and full delivery of audit fieldwork, encompassing comprehensive process walkthroughs, thorough control testing, and in-depth data analytics. • Partner with business stakeholders to identify control gaps and deliver impactful, process-changing recommendations. • Draft clear, concise audit reports and present findings to the stakeholders. • Track remediation plans and follow up to ensure resolution of the process gaps within agreed timelines. • Support continuous improvement of audit methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Leverage audit management systems and data-analysis tools to enhance audit quality and efficiency. • Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives aimed at strengthening controls and processes. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field. • Fresh graduates are welcome; up to 3 years of experience in audit, finance, or risk management. REQUIRED SKILLS • Able to handle different projects and multiple stakeholders simultaneously. • Works well under pressure, a high sense of urgency and results driven. • Enjoys solving issues and possesses an inquisitive mind, constantly looking out for better ways of working. • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel and Office application skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for distilling complex information. • Demonstrated integrity, objectivity, and meticulous attention to detail. • Organized, motivated, mature and team-player. • Excels at managing and resolving conflicts to drive collaboration in challenging environment.
