Job Purpose

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform an end-to-end promo management update with the BU Nutrition, covering promo creation compliance, budget utilization review, and pre- and post-evaluation of promo results

  • Monitor annual and quarterly promo planning for BU Nutrition

  • TPM - TPA team knowledge management for BU Nutrition.

  • Responsible for Trade Promo Analytics system management as BAU operational excellence and market point of contact for incident management. Bridging business requirement to technical requirement & vice versa,work with business leads and other platform to identify any new capability needed to be delivered, include risk highlight to other platform, Budget requirement & budget approval from market

  • Change Management Initiative Lead for TPA:

  • Timeline & Initiative - Activation of Implementation

  • Budgeting proposal & approval requirement * (if required massive Change Mgt.)

  • Execution of CM with support from each CPM member / any other related parties

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree from Industrial Engineer, Business Management, Finance Management

  • Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution,

  • Typically, 2-4 years of experience in finance, marketing, sales, 

  • Having Experience in planning and managing promotional budgets to maximize ROI would be advantage

  • Familiarity with automation tools, and data analytics platforms

Skill

  • Ability to analyse promotional performance to make data-driven decision

  • Having a good understanding of financial acumen and ROI (Return on Investment) 

  • Clear and effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and Business Unit

  • Being flexible and responsive

  • Managing timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently to ensure successful projects

  • Candidate must be able to operatePower-BI
