Main Responsibilities
Create and execute strategies that leverage digital technologies, AI, and automation to enhance multi-functions transformation efforts, while ensuring the alignment of the initiatives with Beauty & Wellbeing business objectives,
Prioritizes and aligns the plan, outcomes and timelines with relevant stakeholders across business & products,
Drives benefits and adoption with the business unit and global products team,
Drives value realization through adoption, local stakeholder engagement and feedback prioritization, advocating for user centricity and continuous improvement,
Drive business deployment of BU specific or BU tailored products, working closely with products to ensure outcome delivery,
Advocate for the adoption of innovative tools and practices to maintain a competitive edge, and
Proactively identify opportunities toleverage AI and Automation to drive productivity, growth or operational effectiveness.
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
Change Management experience
Business partnering & analytics experience
At least 4-5 years of experience in the FMCG sector, or equivalent experience in a multinational corporation.
Skill
Digital acumen – experience with digital technologies – including AI and automation,
Business acumen – especially commercial,
Strong influencing, conflict management and stakeholder management skills,
Program / project management to ensure delivery of outcomes,
Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, and
English spoken and written skills
