Consistent of the objective of Home Care to build a growing presence of digital and social first marketing, Home Care Indonesia is looking for a Social Media & Influencer Specialist who will be a part of forefront of business continuous effort to grow Digital & Social.  

Indonesia is 5th biggest market for Home Care Unilever, with relatively complex category landscape. This is a high visibility role within Unilever and offers plenty of scope for leadership skill development, marketing excellence and business exposures. This particular role encompasses aspects of social and digital, includingsocial media, influencer marketing, and consumer data.

This role will need excellent communicators, strong team players and enjoy working collaboratively with internal and external partners. Great skills in brand craftsmanship, having a sense of ownership and a good understanding of local marketing and digital are also key to this role. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Executeinfluencers activities for brands in the respective business unit, working collaboratively with Brand team and Global team.  

  • Implement strategies to recruit, retain and help KOLs to grow inside the community;

  • Conduct day-to-day direct management with KOLs to support their needs related to content and community guidelines;

  • Monitor creator growth and performance, and conduct analysis to generate operational insights for improvements;

  • Design educational programs to help creators produce better-quality and better-engagement content;

  • Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to carry out campaigns through KOLs under management;

  • Monitor and engage with the social community across all social channels with an ‘always on’ mentality. 

  • Develop and continue building strong relationships with influencers, ambassadors and the overall community. 

  • Coordinate with Marketing teams to develop and execute effective strategies that foster community growth and loyalty.

  • Maintain and develop communityand activations to help continuously drive authentic relationships

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field. 

  • Previous experience in influencer marketing, community management, or a related role. 

  • Stay updated on trends in Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencer marketing. Understand the evolving landscape of influencers and communities.

  • Organizational skills to manage multiple influencer campaigns and community initiatives simultaneously.

  • A focus on achieving campaign goals and demonstrating a measurable impact on brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 

Skill

  • Proficiency in important social media management tools and analytics platforms.

  • Relationship-building skills to connect with KOLs, influencers, and community members.

  • An understanding of data analysis and the ability to measure the impact of influencer campaigns and community engagement.
