Job Purpose

Unilever Ice Cream is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do – creating a better business and a better worldIf you are passionate to managing and delivering forecasted sales growth of the assigned Business Unit/Category through control towering end to end sales operations while partnering with internal team (MT-GT team, Category & Channel Development, Customer operation group)then this role is just for you!

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver Business Unit/Category topline & bottomline target through internal partner.

  • Land brand strategies & plan to trade to achieve growth target.

  • Provide valuable market & customer (DT) insight bridging demand with supply and to aid in sustainable forecasting

  • Strong Partnering mindset and ability to work together with internal teams.

  • Highly data driven – support work & decision making with data, ability to visualize and pull qualitative insight from data & strong critical reasoning skills. 

  • Problem solving & decision making – provides problem solving methodology & framework.

  • Process mindset – can spot gap & propose action to continuously improve end to end process while balancing stakeholders needs.

Skill

  • Candidate must be able to manage database, create insight & visualize data withMs Excel with advance skill

  • Candidate must be able to create insight & visualize data with Ms power point.

  • Will be plus point if candidate can be able to operate & ability to visualize data with powerBI.
