Main Responsibilities
Creating and implementing e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and market presence
Collaborating with marketing teams to create and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and conversion to the online store
Enhancing the online shopping experience, addressing customer service issues, focus on demand space and consumer insight, and gathering feedback to improve service.
Working with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Shopper Marketing, and Customer Development Team, to align digital commerce with overall business goals.
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
Candidateis preferred to have experience in Unilever, with minimum 2 working years in Unilever, whether its in sales, trade marketing (CSP), or marketing function. Preferred to have a talent who’s familiar with digital commerce and platforms as well.
Skill
Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions. (Excel and Power BI)
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing trend
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
A deep understanding of customer behavior and experience in enhancing the user journey.
