Main Responsibilities
This person is accountable for total PC day to day operation such as :
Single Point of contact for Personal Care Indonesia for anything related to fragrance
Ensuring that there is a proactive perfume menu leveraging the Global Fragrance Toolbox (or Sandbox) for locally managed jewels and complexity reduction opportunities on C and D SKUs that are fit for purpose,
Locally manage OTIF implementation of mandatory IIFRA/compliance-linked changes.
Play key role in ensuring the relevance of olfactive insights and stay current with consumers and the trends in the market.
Regional coordinators will work cross category in PC. They also ensure rapid responses through freedom within a clearly defined framework strategy and strongly agreed Ways of Working with the Global Fragrance Design Lead.
Working in a network, in handling consumer tests etc. and close where the fragrance decisions are being made, i.e.with consumers in the Market.
The Central Fragrance group will enable the Regional Fragrance Coordinator (RFC) to deliver better and faster offering them a well defined ‘sandbox’ from which to innovate. The key challenge is to find a construct by which they can stay connected and that can continuously upskill and develop and ensure we have a fit for purpose menu of fragrances that are launch ready.
Leads Local olfactive Understanding & Mapping
Executes/trains Regional Trends and training including Factory training and Quality teams
Crafts and Owns Fragrance simplification agenda co-working with BU business
Help with consumer Testing and competitive tracking
Helps with fragrance evaluation
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
working experience in Fragrance House for at least 1 year.
Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Cosmetic science
Skill
Good sense of smell/olfaction
Good personal mastery and agility. Always curious and willing to learn new things.
Digital savy.
