JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Design and execute clinical studies to support Beauty and Wellbeing R&D programs.
• Collaborate with third party vendors to ensure on time in full delivery.
• Interrogate and visualize clinical and/or other types of data to ensure quality and validity of conclusions and to generate new insights.
• Recognize the significance of unusual test results and how they lead to new clinical insights and technical opportunities.
• Interpret data and communicate significance of what it means to others.
• Provide technical recommendations and initiate problem solving, bringing in individuals from cross-functional areas to share expertise to solve a problem.
• Provide sound technical recommendations on a wide range of clinical questions and issues (e.g., protocols and endpoints).
• Be able to quickly assess and identify potential regulatory, safety or ethical concerns and determine ways forward.
• Demonstrate ability to respond to changing business needs. 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

•  BS in biology, health, psychology, or related fields with 7+ years of experience, or a MS with 5+ years of experience, or a PhD with 3+ years’ experience.  At least two years of experience must be within a clinical setting.
• Flexibility and open mindedness in achieving objectives as well as rapidly responding to changing priorities
• Ability to work well in teams and demonstrate the ability to collaborate with others
• Ability to work independently, have strong clinical understanding, problem solving, communication and organizational skills.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $84,400 to $126,600. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
