POSITION PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide finance & commercial partnering to the Ice Cream Business team in the areas of performance management and evaluation of investment decisions.
Support in development of category commercial strategy during long term planning and Integrated Business Planning processes
Performance Management through S&OP Process: Monthly P&L elaboration as well as performance review including financial forecasting, actual performance analysis vs. forecast and prior year in all P&L lines.
Competitor Intelligence for Mexico Ice cream (understanding Shadow P&L, investment model)
Controlling /Budget management of Marketing and CBD budgets
Lead Fuel for Growth agenda for Ice cream including NRM (Pricing, Mix management, Promotion Effectiveness and Trade term management), Zero Based Budgeting and 5S (co-ordinate with Supply Chain Finance)
Control Brand Marketing Investment (manage budget according growth strategy) & BU Overheads budget (setting framework and manage budget to target)
Business case evaluation (pre and post launch) of innovations
Ensure the control framework is in place and working.
Identifying opportunities for processes and reports for simplification and harmonization.
Risk & Opportunity tracking.
Providing adhoc support and financial analysis to different teams (Marketing & CBD mainly)

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 3 yearsofFinanceexperience
Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Forecasting, Performance management, CD Finance, business cases.
University degree, preferable in Finance, Accounting, Economics and Management
