PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN
This role sits in the IC Mexicoteam and willprimarilyfocusoncreatingthegrowthstrategyfor Holanda OOH brands. Specifically, thesuccessful candidate will be upliftingtheportfolio and innovationstrategy, brandproposition, refreshingthecommunications, and collaboratingwithteamstoensurethevisionisexecutedbrilliantlytodelivergrowth.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
Lead business plans and brand strategy for Out of Home brands (Mordisko, Cornetto, Solero and Holanda) delivering brand performance and meeting annual targets.
Crafting innovations and communications including strategy, long-term innovation roadmaps, and communication on core.
Lead the Cross-Functional Project Team for the delivery of the project. (Including R&D, SC, Finance, and CMI)
Define short- & long-term strategies for the brand across the different channels, with P&L responsibility.
Propose brand activity and measurable objectives. Monitors Brand audit, Jobs to be done, Activity plans, financial updates and monitors key indicators to drive brand performance (6P’s).
Lead the cobrandings strategy with key partners for product development.
Together with CSP, sets brand KPI’s and work on relevant plans for key customers and for both channels.
Possess a keen understanding of the mexican consumer, strong leadership skills to run projects with big autonomy, and the ambition to drive discontinuous growth.
¿QUÉ NECESITAS PARA APLICAR A LA VACANTE?
Experiencia/Habilidades
Substantial years of relevant experience +9 years and a positive track record in consumer marketing across Mexico for Consumer Goods Companies. (Snacking is a plus)
Experience in leading cross-functional teams, navigating through complexity with speed & agility.
Ability to guide, lead and develop teams through change and ambiguity.
An intuition for consumer insights, understanding consumers, and bringing the consumer voice into the work.
Positive, assertive yet empathetic leadership, with exceptional ‘soft skills to enable delivery through high degrees of collaboration and partnership, among multifunctional teams and agencies.
Extremely high commitment to working with many & different projects, learning fast & delivering quickly.
English spoken
Working knowledge of Traditional Channel is a plus
