JOB PURPOSE:
Find your purpose within the ice cream business. Be responsible for the performance delivery of our Austrian OOH business and implement the right strategies to grow the Austrian ice cream business in the OOH channel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Steering:
Operational management, strategic development of assigned organized trade customers in the Out-of-Home (OOH) sector
White Spot filling & customer expansion in the OT-New Business section
Preparation and execution of annual meetings & price increases
Regularly analyze and interpret sales data of assigned key accounts to identify trends and growth opportunities
Contribute to volume and budget planning
Provide strong operational support to the Senior Key Account Manager Concessionaires and the OOH B2B-Ecom Lead by ensuring the flow of goods, providing business-relevant reports and preparing customer related tasks.
Operational support for the B2B e-com business OOH
Participate in the preparation and implementation of local projects and be part of global project groups
Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal and external teams, including planning, field service, finance, external agencies, as well as the central B2B-Ecom team
Close collaboration with the OOH KAM Team and continuous exchange on current customer implementations
Strong support for the Key Account Manager Concessionaires in the preparation of reviews and operational tasks
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
Initial experiences in sales or customer management and in the digital environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Hands-on mentality and true teamplayer, cultivating a culture of entrepreneuship and inclusiveness
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong ability to work collaboratively with customers and international teams, strong communication skills both oral and written, German & English
Sales mindset with customer & consumer focus
Sense of responsibility, reliability and self-organized way of working
