Job Purpose

Unilever is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do – creating a better business and a better world.  If you are eager to develop and lead Category thought leadership and category growth for the Personal Care business with integration of shopper, customer, and channel insights, and deployment of customer facing category strategies, then this role is just for you!

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive and deliver yearly business results of PC categories in Laos

  • Lead category strategy development & guideline and Co-developed innovation launch with marketing team since campaign development, financial P&L, channels & activation plan, pack, price, promotion suggestions

  • Provide a detailed analysis of actual sales vs forecast result and propose the rolling channel or action plans to the management.

  • Work jointly with marketing team to assess category opportunities and analyze competitor and channel behavior for the annual plan, forecast and identify areas of opportunity.

  • Plan, execute and evaluate options jointly with CBD – Sales Team for tailor made activities to enhance retailers' commitment and integrating support plans

  • Communicate to the Sales and retail partner team on any marketing/trade marketing initiatives to ensure smooth operation during implementation.

  • Development category specific to each channel and customer, lead the development and execution of category plan, category JBP, D4R and D4C

  • Managing and optimizing category investment, BMI, CCP to achieve turnover with optimal investment.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification & Skill

  • Bachelor degree in job related field.

  • 1-3 years of sales, trade marketing, category analyst, net revenue management (NRM) and FMCG environment experiences.

  • Experience in beauty & personal care industry/company/channel is a plus

  • Good in presentation and negotiation
