Unilever is currently hiring a BU Marketing Operations Home & Hygiene Brand Manager.

As the BU H&H Marketing & Operations Brand Manager, you will support the BU H&H Marketing & Operations Lead in driving the strategic and operational execution of the H&H plan across six Business Group (BG)-led markets in Europe: the UK, France, Poland, Italy, the Netherlands, and Germany.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the BU Marketing & Operations Lead in shaping and executing the cross-market innovation and renovation (I&R) strategy.

  • Lead European portfolio coordination across BG-led and One Unilever markets to ensure supply readiness and unified execution.

  • Drive alignment on “One Plan” strategy with BG teams for Big Bold Move innovations.

  • Coordinate cross-market renovation projects, ensuring alignment with supply chain capabilities and financial planning.

  • Manage SKU portfolio for BG-led sourcing units, driving simplification and efficiency.

  • Support 3D packaging alignment for consistency, cost-effectiveness, and speed to market.

  • Partner with Supply Chain, R&D, and Procurement to deliver marketing-led savings initiatives (BiH / 5S).

  • Collaborate with VET and BG teams to ensure seamless activity phasing and portfolio planning.

  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and timely execution.

  • Contribute to strategic decision-making through data interpretation and market analysis.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or operations, preferably in FMCG.

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and coordinate across diverse markets.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.

  • Solid understanding of brand strategy, consumer insights, and marketing fundamentals.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in regional or global innovation/renovation projects.

  • Familiarity with artwork or portfolio management systems.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project) is a plus.
