Reports to: Ice Cream Digital Commerce Lead

Location: Warsaw Head Office, Eurocentrum

The Ice Cream business is operating in a highly attractive category, as we are part of the 1 trillion snacking and refreshment industry, growing consistently at high pace. We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, once we separate from Unilever, which is planned to happen by November 2025.

JOB PURPOSE:

We are looking for a passionate Digital Commerce Junior Specialist/Specialist to be part of the strategic and fastest growing channel – Ice Cream Digital Commerce.

As Digital Commerce Specialist you will be able to participate in international and national projects, which are focusing on conversion, keeping perfect online execution, growth of online sales, ecommerce understanding and brands awareness.

Joining our team, you will become a part of amazing and strategic team in fast growing channel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Close collaboration with Key Account Managers to provide best in class online visibility utilizing retail media.

  • Support in creating and implementing of content and performance strategy, which leads to increasing conversions.

  • Project management – marketing campaigns – support in planning, negotiations, managing, implementation and development.

  • Being point of contact for external marketing agencies (digital, creative, media house).

  • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders: digital, KAM, brand and trade marketing and other teams – locally and globally.

  • Support in keeping operational KPI in line with the guidelines.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

SKILLS:

  • Openness for innovative ideas which could translate into channel development.

  • Open to continuous upgrade on digital managing tools and solutions.

  • Attitude to adapt, optimize, improve, and to achieve goals.

  • Ability to work in cross-functional team to create added value for Unilever and customer.

  • Open-minded personality and cross-cultural soft skills.

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content creation or ecommerce.

  • Experience in ecommerce/qcommerce and retail media will be an additional asset.

  • Experience in collaboration with external agencies.

  • Advanced English skills
