Unilever is currently hiring for a Junior Project Manager who will support the Sales Operations team.

Job Purpose:

Take charge of assigned projects and processes. Develop modern IT solutions that support the sales team, provide a competitive edge, increase efficiency, and reduce complexity. Work closely with IT solution providers.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:

  • Manage internal projects (iOPS, Via Carpatia)

  • Oversee business aspects of projects

  • Collaborate with IT, Customer Development Operations, and Customer Business Development

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders

  • Analyze processes and identify improvements

  • Monitor user behavior and create solutions

  • Prepare and update project schedules

  • Coordinate project testing

  • Ensure timely and quality task completion and reporting

  • Communicate with clients

  • Provide materials for ongoing projects

  • Monitor competitor activities

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Essential:

  • Project management experience

  • Knowledge of project management methods (Prince 2, Agile, Scrum, DevOps)

  • Ability to create project schedules

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Prioritization, planning, and task execution skills

  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Creativity and dedication

  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

  • Presentation skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive)

  • Fluency in Polish and English.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with developers, testers, and business analysts

  • Experience in Sales

  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project)
