Unilever is currently seeking a Senior Brand Manager for Foods on a temporary one-year contract.

Function: Marketing

Scope: Geography: Poland; Product Categories: Bouillons (focus), Salad sauces & seasonings

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Terms & Conditions: Temporary contract (1 year). Full-time role. Hybrid model. Right to work in Poland is needed. No relocation assistance will be available.

Foods business is the biggest division in Unilever Poland. You are going to work on one of the most penetrated brand in Poland, which is Knorr. Your main focus will be dedicated to bouillons and seasonings category being at the heart of the brand, helping our consumer to elevate the dishes to next level. Bouillons are going through its renaissance today – growing the market and exciting young generation of consumers to join the category – it’s a clear market-maker. WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

1. Strategy & Performance

  • co-create market making strategy

  • achieve targeted growth, profitability & market share targets

  • owner of bouillons & seasonings P&L

  • work closely with CSP, NRM & Catman partners for best in-class in-store execution

2. Communication

  • develop unmissable comms assets – in partnership with BG team for Core and in partnership with local agencies for innovations

3. Innovation & Portfolio

  • manage NPDs implementation with end to end responsibility to deliver OTIF launch

  • create 8-quarter portfolio development roadmap

  • own portfolio strategy for bouillons & seasonings

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

Minimal requirements

  • 3 years experience of work in FMCG marketing / media / consumer research

  • Experience in developing / optimizing communication plans

  • Experience in managing complex projects

  • Experience in work with P&L with solid track record

Preferred requirements

  • 5 years experience of work in FMCG marketing

  • Experience in product development

  • Sales / trade marketing background will be a plus

  • Experience of work with Nutrition/Refreshment categories will be a plus

  • Marketing Foundation course completed (or equivalent)

Skills

  • Crafting JTBDs based on the ability to move from surface issue to root issue

  • Good 6P understanding

  • Good understanding of penetration laws

  • project management

  • Developing marketing concepts

  • Unmissable instore KV development

  • Briefing creative & research agencies

  • Data literacy: Nielsen, GfK, AMB, brand health diagnostics

  • Polish and English language fluency

  • Good interpersonal skills – ability to create effective networks & partnerships with key stakeholders in local & European teams.
