JOB PURPOSE:
Ice-cream business in Poland has a clear goal – grow ahead of the market and play as an growth engine role within EU. One of the key elements of this strategy is winning with our consumers via a multi-channel play.
If you enjoy analysing and drawing conclusions, finding opportunities, creating channel/customer plans, able to collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams. and you love ice cream, this role is for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparing channel strategy for discounters according to Design 4 Channel Strategy. Actively participating in the IBP( Integrated Business Plan) process, crafting the Trade Category plan and JTBD (Jobs-to-be-Done) per channel and Customer.
Preparing plans/activities for HMs, SMs, Cash&Carry describing channel demands and category goals.
Initiating, implementing and execution of prepared activities/plans on channel level. Tracking total category/channel business performance. Monitors category/brand/channel market share, financial and execution performance to address issues and opportunities. Developing channel by seeking and implementing new solutions that increase market shares, turnover and profit.
Close cooperation with Marketing and CBD in order to develop channel plans/activities (including promo activities).
Providing Customers/Channels inputs and active participation in BU.
Control and effective budget management: CPP(Consumer Price Promotions) and BMI(Brand Marketing Investment)
Responsible for pricing and promo strategy per channel/customer to achieve SPI target
Defining launch plan for innovation to channel and customers. Create distribution priorities per SKU(Stock Keeping Unit) and track closely TDPs(Total Distribution Points).
Coordination of department co-operation with internal partners – Sales, Marketing, Planning, Finance, NRM, international teams.
Representing UL at meetings with external Customers – conferences, galas, workshops

Good business understanding and P&L fluency.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Category growth management
NRM base knowledge
Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
Fluent Polish and English
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
FMCG category experience (trade marketing, sales, marketing, catman).
Customer/Trade marketing role knowledge and/or Customer experience (from customer-facing roles, e.g.: Customer Marketing and Key Account) will be an asset
